Hey everyone!!!


I know its been a while since we blogged, we have been busy trying to get some shows booked, so we can have something too blog about.

Over the weekend we got an awesome opportunity to be on orlando live internet tv show. It was shot live and we got a chance to show off one of new songs tentatively called "Heavy Sounds."

It was our first opportunity every to filmed live, and it definitely was a lot of fun.

operation backpack show 8/8/09 v-log

Hey Guys,

We had an amazing show with Operation Backpack at East Coast Believers Church. Every year they put together a huge community outreach where they provide back packs filled with school supplies to families who can't afford to buy them for their children. There was a lot of people out there and it was pretty cool playing in front of totally new crowd. We met a lot of new faces, and i hope we get to see you all soon. Jonny Magic from th xl 106.7 morning show was there handing out school supplies as well. It was an amazing day, thanks to everyone who came out and supported an amazing cause.

Dunkin Donuts Doughboy !!!

Hey Guys,


So i drove to DD to do what I frequently do every day at work. I went to buy a small cup of coffee, and a eat and ol' fashion DD. I eat an ol' fashion DD because I HAD (keyword HAD=past tense) the idea that it had less calories than the other donuts. WRONG!!! The ol' fashion has just as many calories as the boston kreme, how is that possible. Its not glazed or creme filled and yet you can devolop a stomach tire just as quick by eating one of them. BTW the donut has 280 calories, i dont know why i was thinking it only had 100...The average guy my age/height/weight is suppose to have 2500 calories P/DAY...man based upon that figure if i eat a couple of donuts every day i am on my way to become obese. Well i guess i have to figure out a lower calorie snack, maybe i should just go buy some fruits and snack on them....Man its tough trying to get 300 the movie abs.
